We provide professional window tinting services for residential and small commercial properties. Information about our services, pricing, and scheduling is available on the Site or by contacting us directly.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our Site, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information when scheduling services or submitting inquiries.
Not use the Site for unlawful or harmful activities.

3. Bookings and Payments
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our website.
A deposit may be required to confirm all appointments.
All deposits are non-refundable, including in cases of customer cancellation or no-shows.
Final payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise specified in writing.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Cancellations do not entitle the customer to a refund of the deposit.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule service due to weather, emergencies, or factors beyond our control. In such cases, deposits may be applied to a future appointment.
5. 1-Year Installation Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. All window film installations include a 1-year workmanship warranty covering:
Film peeling, bubbling, or lifting due to installation errors.
Film misalignment or poor edge finishes.
Warranty exclusions include but are not limited to:
Damage caused by user tampering, window breakage, or improper cleaning.
Issues related to pre-existing glass conditions or film applied to non-recommended surfaces.
Natural wear, fading, or discoloration due to exposure over time.
Warranty claims must be made within one year of the service date and may require an in-person inspection.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunquell Window Tinting Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or any product-related issues beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, logos, images, and layout, is the property of Sunquell Window Tinting Inc. and may not be copied, modified, or used without written consent.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Site, and your continued use of the Site or Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
