The crew does their best to achieve the best finish possible but considering environmental factors (ex. floating dust) it is often not possible to achieve a perfect finish. Any installation with an error rate* greater than 3% is covered under warranty.
Exclusions:
- Glass breakage due to pre-existing damage or film incompatibility
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper cleaning
- Normal wear and tear from environmental exposure
Error rate - the percentage of the surface area of a pane of glass where the film is not adhering properly.
5. Liability Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to protect your property, Sunquell is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing window damage (e.g. chips, cracks, seal failures)
- Compatibility issues with specialty glass not disclosed beforehand by the client
5A. Security Film Disclaimer
Security window films installed by Sunquell are intended to strengthen glass and delay intrusion, not to fully prevent break-ins or eliminate the risk of property damage or theft. The effectiveness of the film depends on factors such as glass type, film thickness, edge retention method (e.g., anchoring), and the force used during an attempted break-in.
Sunquell is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from a breach of the glass where security film was installed. Customers are advised to use films as one component in a layered security approach.
6. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the full agreement between Client and Provider. Modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Acknowledgement & Signature
By agreeing to the job or booking an installation date or sending a deposit, both parties agree to the terms outlined above.

- Minor haziness or small bubbles may appear and will resolve during curing
- Clean only with soft cloths and non-ammonia cleaners
